In order to increase and update the knowledge of a destination’s tourism products, it is important to give information about the destination to travel trade professionals in various ways and channels. We have organized the roadshow for several years now, having a great majority of both sellers and buyers greatly appreciating the event, as per our market studies show after each event. The event is organized in November every year, but also sometimes in the spring due to “public demand” from several exhibitors.

Results:

• In the survey conducted after the event – shows that 92% of the exhibitors and 82% of the visitors considered the event “good” or “excellent”. We received constructive feedback for future improvement of these events.
• Most of the events have had roughly 24 exhibitors from all around the globe, and the interest to participate and meet the Nordic market players was high.
• There is always about 140 travel agents/visitors in total.
